Alliance Française South Florida presents Miami Bastille Day

July 14, 2012. 8:30 p.m.

The 14th of July is the essential summer get-together of all Francophones and Francophiles who want to celebrate the French national holiday. To the rhythm of the music, guests will be welcomed at 8:30 p.m. for the Grand Ball.

This exciting and surprise-packed gathering will be animated and hosted by Charly Nestor, a renowned French TV host. Laurent Yssartel will man the DJ post until the end of the ball. Other musical groups will lend their rhythm and talent to this celebration. More than 800 people are expected. The entrance will be free to all.

Laurent Yssartel, worked as a DJ in many clubs in the south of France from Cannes to Saint-Tropez. His career began to evolve in the early 90’s creating his own company Sunset Music Productions catering now sound and light event production to corporate and high-end private customers. His career continued flourishing and he moved to Miami in 2002.

Charly Nestor is a French singer, TV presenter and producer. He began his career in the late 80’s as a producer assistant and a warm-up artist in several famous TV shows. At the beginning of the 2000’s, Charly moved out to Florida, where he became a producer for French artists and singers.
