Igal Fedida wins the Audience's Choice Award at MOCA Nomi

altMiami-based artist Igal Fedida has received the May Audience’s Choice award given by the Museum of Contemporary Art in North Miami. This prize is part of a program called 5 Minutes of Fame, which takes place every month at the museum during the MOCA by Moonlight event. This program allows local artists to explain how and why they create their art and has been received with enthusiasm by locals. 

Igal fedida is an internationally known artist born in Israel and raised in Morocco. He currently lives and works in Miami, FL, where he has opened his own studio/gallery to the public in Bal Harbour. His work expands from large energetic vivid abstract paintings to a unique look at Jewish philosophy through symbolism and color. The public is welcome to pass by the gallery/studio and take a look at this unique artist who has called Miami home and is already receiving accolades from the community.
