The Rhythm Foundation presents Nelson Faria (guitar), Ney Conceicao (contrabass) and Kiko Freitas (drums), currently three of the most important jazz musicians in Brazil who form a "power trio" known as the Nosso Trio. The group emerged from the great musical affinity between these three members of Joao Bosco's band, the legendary Brazilian singer and songwriter. Using available dates in the schedule of concerts during the Joao Bosco tours, Nosso Trio became a tight, energetic and swinging Brazilian jazz machine.
Recognized virtuosos in their instruments, the three in-demand musicians are looked up to as interpreters and educators in the Brazilian and international musical scene, having performed with artists like Milton Nascimento, Leila Pinheiro, Paulo Moura, Ivan Lins, Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Airto Moreira, Danilo Caymmi, Joao Donato, Moraes Moreira, Nana Vasconcelos, Robert Menescal and the legendary Michel Legrand, among others.
