Kiss of the Spider Woman From Jan 6th through Feb 2nd, 2007Public Theatre of South Florida is presenting the play Kiss by the Spider Woman at its venue located in Plantation, FL. In this searing drama of intrigue, deceit and passion that inspired the Tony Award-winning musical, we are introduced to two prisoners who are forced to share an Argentinean jail cell. Though seemingly different in every way, the gay window dresser and the socialist rebel come to find solace in each other’s company and the lines between the erotic and the political begin to blur. The Public Theatre production will feature South Florida stage veterans Michael McKeever as Molina and David Perez-Ribada as Valentin as well as Ceci Fernandez as The Spider Woman. The production will be directed by Stuart Meltzer. For more information, please call: 954.427.0784
