Temple Israel presents Greatest Cantorial Concert

The best of Jewish music will be presented on Saturday evening, January 23rd, at 8:00 p.m. in the Second Annual Greatest Cantorial Concert in South Florida History. Twenty-six cantors and soloists will perform a diverse concert of Jewish song-Ladino, Israeli, folk, Yiddish, pop, classical, jazz, and liturgical. The performers represent many synagogues throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.

The concert will be presented in the beautiful and historic Bertha Abess Sanctuary at Temple Israel of Greater Miami, located in Miami’s Performing Arts district. The sanctuary is the oldest synagogue building in continuous use in Florida.  

Temple Israel is an inclusive congregation where all members and visitors can feel at home whether attending an inspirational Friday night Shabbat Service, or sharing bagels and ideas at the Saturday morning study group, or attending any one of the many programs to be found at the Temple throughout the year.
