Nu Deco returns to the Adrienne Arsht Center with selections from Sarah Kirkland Snider’s Penelope, a piece that incorporates elements of art song, indie rock, and chamber folk, and features mezzo-soprano Amanda Crider (Artistic Director of Miami’s IlluminArts). The concert also features selections of Holst’s The Planets, and a suite based on the music of Earth Wind and Fire; a special collaboration to be announced later this season.
