The Passion of English Music for Strings by Frost Symphony Orchestra

English composers such as Gerald Finzi, Sir Edward William Elgar, and Benjamin Britten have written some of the most moving works for strings in the classical repertoire. Revel in their beauty as The Frost Symphony Orchestra and guest piano soloist Zoe Zeniodi perform Finzi’s Eclogue for Piano and String Orchestra and Romance for String Orchestra; Elgar’s Serenade for Strings; and Britten’s Simple Symphony.
