COMIC-CON EPISODE IV: A FAN’S HOPE- a film by Morgan Spurlock explores this amazing cultural phenomenon by following the lives of five attendees as they descend upon the ultimate geek mecca at San Diego Comic-Con.

Featuring one on one interviews with Comic-Con veterans who have turned their passions into professions include Stan Lee, Joss Whedon, Kevin Smith, Matt Groening, Seth Rogen, Eli Roth and so many more.   Comic-Con Episode IV: A Fans Hope is a journey into the heart of this fascinating event and a front row seat for those of us who haven’t been there yet. With Great Power: The Stan Lee Story, explores the vivid life and imagination of Stan Lee, the original bad ass of comics who has  co-created over 500 legendary pop culture characters including Spider-Man, Fantastic Four, X-Men, Iron Man, Thor and The Hulk. 

From the early days of his Depression-era upbringing through the Marvel Age of Comics and beyond! The film uncovers original transcripts, illustrations, photographs and stories of Lee’s fascinating journey from his early years at Timely Comics through the comic book industry’s censorship battle of the 1950s  right into the dawn of Marvel Comics and the legendary characters Stan co-created, to his current company POW! Entertainment. Still going strong at 89, Stan Lee is a living icon and the zeus of comic universe.  A must-see for fans of comic books and pop culture alike. BATMAN   Sat, May 12th @ 11pm
Tim Burton’s reboot of the Batman franchise still remains an amazing films- thanks to stellar performances from Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson, and the dazzling gothic world that Burton creates. See the original Batmobile used in the film all day Saturday, May 12th at the entrance to O Cinema.

SUPERMAN II  Friday, May 11th @ 11pm
The Richard Donner cut of Superman II is an infamous legend come to life. Warner Brothers officially embraces this alternate version- and fans adore it. If you haven’t seen this yet- you’re missing a huge part of the Superman legend. Introduced by Billy Donnelly of Aint It Cool News!


The 90’s sensation are back!  They’re green, they know karate, they’re named after artists and they fight crime!  The four anthromorphic amphibians blew up onto the scene and they’re soon making a comeback, but let’s enjoy them in there old school rad glory!
