Miami International Piano Festival presents Sijing Ye in Concert

A worldwide sensation, prodigy Sijing Ye of China was first presented by the Miami International Piano Festival in 2006 when she was only 14 years old as part of the “Prodigies and Masters of Tomorrow” program.     

A gold medal winner at the Gina Bachauer International Young Artist Piano Competition in 2008, Sijing also won the academic Piano competition at the Aspen Festival in June 2007 and was invited to perform with the Big Spring Symphony Orchestra in Texas conducted by John Giordano.     

Don’t miss this exclusive, one-night only event as Sijing comes of age and performs A Journey Into the Worlds of Chopin, Brahms, Debussy, & Liszt. Sijing’s program for this recital will feature works by Chopin, including “Sonata No. 2” in B-flat minor, Brahms’ “Rhapsody Op. 79 No.1”, Debussy’s “Feux D’Artifice”, and Liszt’s “Spanish Rhapsody”.
