Miami Music Festival (MMF), an intensive training program for the next generation of classical musicians, announces the lineup for the 2018 season from June 6 through July 30, 2018 at various venues in Miami.

Young classical musicians gain world class experience and bring enchanting and passionate performances to Miami’s summer season, including A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Ghosts of Versailles; an entertaining night out with the double bill of Dido and Aeneas and The Medium; and comedy in the form of Ariadne auf Naxos and La Rondine

New to the festival this year is the directorial debut of Richard Wagner’s great grandson, Antoine Wagner, as part of the MMF Wagner Institute. Audiences will also enjoy the return of the 2nd Annual Independence Day Celebration with the MMF Symphony Orchestra, featuring popular and patriotic symphonic favorites

The Festival gathers over 250 of the finest young talents from 25 countries to receive instruction and mentorship from an international array of 55 esteemed artist faculty. Founded in 2013, the Festival is a distinctive, exceptional platform dedicated to identifying and developing the careers of the world’s most talented young professionals.
