Creative Arts Summer Camp At MOCA Begins June 9th

From June 9, 2014 through June 20, 2014: Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm

This two-week camp will provide instruction to develop students’ fundamental art skills in drawing and painting by studying the works of renowned contemporary artists such as Chuck Close, Tracey Emin, Jack Pierson and Yayoi Kusama. Additionally, students will take part in field trips twice a week to local cultural institutions, collections, and art galleries. Students will also create their own mini-portfolio to continue improving their skills.

For children 7 to 10 years old, camp is held Monday through Friday from June 9 through June 20, 2014. No more than four (4) different children can be registered per session at a time. Membership must be current to receive member’s price.
