Moderated by Dr. Celeste Fraser Delgado
Little Haiti Cultural Center. March 23, 2013, 7:00 p.m.

Dance NOW! Miami and Little Haiti Cultural Center support the work of local choreographers by presenting an evening of new work and works-in-progress in a theatre environment. Dr. Celeste Fraser Delgado, arts critics and associate professor of English and Humanities at Barry University will lead a discussion on process in dance making between the audience and the choreographers.

In its second year, this initiative is sponsored by the combined effort of Dance NOW! Miami and Little Haiti Cultural Center Director Anita Darbonne to promote the development of local choreographers, to build audiences, and to share the resources of LHCC with the community.

Participating choreographers include: Colleen Farnum, Danielle Kipnis, Liony Garcia and Lara Tinari, with work also presented from Dance NOW! Miami directors Diego Salterini and Hannah Baumgarten. Baumgarten will make a special on-stage appearance in the work of long-time colleague and former Dance NOW! Assistant Director Colleen Farnum.

Tickets are $10 and are available at the door or online at www.dancenowmiami.org
