Maya Lin Lecture February 16th, 2007The Patricia and Phillip Frost Art Museum, located at Florida International University presents Maya Lin as part of the Steven and Dorothea Green Critics’ Lecture Series on February 16th, 2007 at 8:00 p.m at the Green Library. Acclaimed for her aesthetically minimal and intellectually complex sculptural, environmental and architectural works, Maya Lin will give an overview of her work with a focus on her most recent projects. First gaining recognition for her design of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Ms. Lin has a rich history of working in a variety of mediums and fields while continuously exploring the boundaries between public and private, science and art, and art and architecture.
