Last call for artists The 33rd Annual Coldwell Banker Miami Beach Festival of the Arts is coming to North Beach in February. The mission of Miami Beach Fine Arts Board is to embrace and promote the work of contemporary visual and cultural artists, enhance the appreciation for the arts in the community at large, and to provide economic stimulation to underserved neighborhoods.
