Apparently an evening of comedy, contradictions, aerial acrobatics and multimedia storytelling, that’s what. Scott Turner Schofield, named a “Young Trans Hero of 2006” by The Advocate magazine, brings his new autobiographical show, Becoming a Man in 127 Easy Steps, to Miami and gives us a performance that challenges fundamental assumptions about gender, sex and identity. Schofield, with sharp wit and unfailing warmth, invites the audience to come along on this surprising journey of finding oneself. (more…)
