Music at Centro Cultural Español in Miami

From Mar 22nd through Mar 29th, 2007CCE Miami is opening its doors to the public for the third annual edition of the series Musica y Aparte this March 22nd, 2007 at 8:00 p.m. Coordinated by Erwin Pérez, the first concert will feature singer/songwriter Marcela Cárdenas. Cárdenas was born in Ecuador, raised in Colombia and now resides in Miami. She is an accomplished artist with a great voice who has composed songs for many artists such as Alexandre Pires, Mijares, Oscar D’Leon and Manny Manuel. Later on March 29th, 2007 there will be a concert by Jerez Texas titled Spirit of Flamenco and Freedom of Jazz. Founded in Valencia (Spain) in 2002, Jerez-Texas is made by flamenco guitarist Ricardo Esteve, Cellist Matthieu Saglio and Drummer Jesús Gimeno, three brilliant instrumentalists coming from different music backgrounds; Flamenco, Classical and Jazz.
