Architects on Architects: Today's Architects and the Historic Architects Who Influenced Them

MDPL’s Spring 2013 Lecture Series kicked off on Tuesday, March 26th with Jorge Kuperman discussing Louis Kahn. The lecture is titled, Inspiration and Realism in the Practice of Architecture. Kuperman talked about Louis Kahn’s principles. He discussed samples of Kahn’s work and express his inspiration derived from Kahn’s work and how reality and environment very much determine his practice. Finally, Kuperman showed his own work, currently built and future plans. All lectures are free and open to the public. Food and beverages are served.
